Seller reviewI could NOT have asked for a better agent!! Ms. Thomas was 100% on point every single step of the way!! I had listed my home previously with TWO other agents from a VERY well known local agency (who shall remain nameless) and got no results in the 3 months it was listed with them. That's when I decided to cut ties & hire Ms. Thomas. And I have to say- she is a MIRACLE worker!! She did some staging & brought in a professional photographer who took OUTSTANDING photographs that made my tiny 720 sq ft home look HUGE! I couldn't believe it when I had multiple offers in the first 3 days & on the 3rd day, I had a contract on it for MORE than the asking price! How does a home sit on the market for 3 months with no results, but then have multiple offers after 3 days of switching agents??? Well that tells me that it is ALL in the agent! Be wary of the ones that spend a ton on radio ads & are all talk! Don't get that jingle in your head like I did & convince yourself "well, they must be the best, because I hear the commercials all the time." Call Evelyn Thomas and she will show you and your home the attention that it deserves! I will definitely be looking forward to working with her again & have already been recommending her to everyone that I can!

Seller reviewI was referred to Evelyn Thomas by a relocation service when I moved away from Virginia. I interviewed Evelyn and one other agent. Evelyn was the clear winner. She showed up prepared with references, comps, market analysis etc. She was polite, honest, friendly and ethical...and it was natural, not a salesmen act. She said she would work hard and keep us posted and that's exactly what she did. She always responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. And better still, she proactively reached out to us periodically and she proactively published our home in various real estate ads. If I ever move back to the Hampton Roads area, I will call Evelyn to help me find a house.

She presented all of the critical information we were looking for when we interviewed her and had a very good feeling choosing her to be our broker. Communication was very important and Evelyn responded to us in a timely manner and also provided information throughout the process. We recommended her to our neighbor (who tried selling last year) immediately after our home sold in about a week.
