    Emily and I are in the same church, we see each other on Sundays but I don't really know she is a real estate agent. Just by chance I overheard she was chatting with another sister about buying a house, and at the time I was also considering to buy a house as I just changed my job and daily commuting became a headache. Although the area I was interested in was not the area Emily very familiar with, she still spent a lot of time helping me search and tour houses. I clearly remember once we visited a house far away from where Emily was, and it was during a thunderstorm, one could barely see the road when driving, I called her not to come because it was dangerous, but she insisted to keep the appointment, and she did came and lead me tour the house. Emily is a very experienced agent, and she really knows her stuff. After so many years from buying my first house, I am practically a naïve new buyer but with a lot dos and don'ts in my mind about an ideal house. Emily is very patient to explain me the good and bad about a house and trying really hard to find the one I like and is still within my budget limit. She plans and oversees every step in the process, from seeing houses, getting a loan up to closing. I can honestly say that without her help, I could not be able to get the house I have now, and furthermore, I have a new friend and a good consultant about house issues, including home remodeling and improvement. I strongly recommend Emily to anyone who are trying to buy/sell houses in Philadelphia and suburb area.

    If you want a broker that listens to you concerns, and do what you have instructed, you can trust Emily to deliver. Other brokers will only pressure a seller to lower their price every week or so just to make the sale happen, without even considering the ramifications of depressing the sale price for the neighborhood.Depressing the sale price will only decrease the overall value of the community and neighborhood. It took a while to sell my property, but the SOLD price reflects the effort, value and true worth for the community.

    With this property, Emily worked diligently to contact the seller's party to obtain necessary and important closing documents the DAY BEFORE OUR CLOSING DATE. As we are not locals, we became concerned with not being able to close on the date. Seller's party arranged for closing date to be at 9:30am, NO HUD closing documents even prepared by the other team. Emily contacted them multiple times change appointment to later time so it could help the OTHER TEAM have some time to prepare their documents. She assured us that she will NOT let us go through with the closing of this property UNTIL the seller's party got their things organized. Also, she explained the different fees that were associated with the final closing cost. Through this, I felt Emily's extreme professionalism with how she handled this situation. Excellent communication; Emily always emailed me to update me on any changes and news from the seller's party. We have been represented by Emily for previous properties. Her salesmanship is extremely professional, efficient and reliable.
