Despite living hours away from the home we were buying we were never worried, as Diane was constantly checking in and going above and beyond to ensure every matter was addressed. She knew her job, and when needed she could be a "bulldog" dealing with other realtors and prospective buyers. I appreciated her always keeping me informed as to what a showing produced or what the next step was that we needed to take. She is a real asset to Century 21 and a person whom you can rely on.
