He is all of the above....and never pushing the agenda...i respect him for that...and in the RE world its a rarity He took care of both my sale,and new home purchase (in another town)..very pleased ...he is very well educated in the RE business and a tireless worker to boot..polite,well spoken....truly professional He uncovered some real issues with my property i was not aware of,and everybody else FAILED to inform me...WISH I had his services initially. he found a cash buyer for me..helped me fine a top atty. to deal with home overlap,,and a successful resolution to the entire situation...cannot RECOMMEND him highly enough

he is the BEST..he contacted me after my earlier listing with another company had expired,,and quickly pointed out the REAL reason my home had not sold....approx 1/3 of home was OFF the lot and in hwy ROW...interesting..no one EVER told me about this during purchase..and title co typically evaded the issue..Derek steered me to a expert R.E. atty in area..who soon was able to arrange a purchase of needed land from SCDOT...which made my home completely marketable...The initial sale to me was an absolute abortion..with most involved running from any responsibility....Derek also found a CASH buyer for me, in a short time..Cant recommend. him highly enough..He is smart..and well educated in all aspects of the R.E. business. Polite ,and caring as well...He also did a spectacular job for me in my next purchase..as my agent..dealing (exhaustively) with a- low response- agent mostly covered in last page...he is the BEST....He instantly uncovered the prior home 'home overlap' issue..while NO ONE else did..or decided to ignore it..hmmmm....Looking back..he saved the day for me..as this 'benign' purchase of 4518 Bruin was DEF. SHOVED up my ASS See last remarks on previous pages..he is an outstanding individual..he SAVED me from ...in all certainty...from having to DUMP this prop. for 3.00 See previous remarks...he spent HOURS on details concerning legitimate sale of my home.....he spent HOURS as my agent dealing with a rather reluctant broker in another county...Derek is as dedicated as it gets..I hope C-21 Thomas realizes WHAT an ASSET he is to their company...

Made the process very simple. Derek was attentive and has excellent communication skills. Always on time, polite and very knowledgeable of the market he is in. No doubt I would use Derek again.
