Buyer reviewWe had the pleasure of working with Denise as our buyer's agent and couldn't be more grateful for the experience. As first time home buyers, the process was very intimidating. However, from our first conversation, Denise was very informative and patient with us as we navigated things and made the process of purchasing a home seem doable for us. Throughout our search, Denise was very attentive to our needs and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had with such care and detail. In regards to making an offer and negotiating, we are so thankful to have had Denise in our corner. She provided all the data and shared her expertise and experience very clearly so that we could make informed decisions, while advocating for us so well. Buyer reviewI really enjoyed working with Denise and her team. I relied on her local knowledge and access to current/future listings. In particular, I appreciated her follow up throughout the buying process - including after the sale closed. At the outset, she and I sat down and thoroughly discussed what I was looking for (location, layout, price, style) and she did a fantastic job of steering me to properties that met those criteria. She valued my time. I found her to be easy to work with and as accessible as I needed her to be, whether it was in the am, pm or weekend. Finally, I wanted to mention that her entire team was fantastic. In particular, Judy Borowski and Jason (who worked on the loan). I have nothing but the highest regard for Denise and I would happily recommend her to anyone who was looking to buy a home

Seller reviewDenise was responsible for selling our rental property in Fullerton. She was recommend by our current property manager. From the start she demonstrated excellent communication and outstanding local knowledge. She and her team worked flawlessly in conjunction with our property management team in identifying which issues needed to be fixed in our older property to make ready for sale and helped in arranging local contractors to fix any deficiencies. She also demonstrated excellent local knowledge, came up with what we thought was the perfect pricing for our home, and arranged with a staging company for a knock out showing. We eventually sold the house after a single weekend of open house for above asking. The closing process was probably as painless as it could be with Denise's help. Overall, I cannot recommend Denise highly enough if you are in the process of selling your home in the Fullerton area. Robert

She was always available to answer all of our questions and made the entire process as streamlined as possible to meet all of the deadlines with ease despite our busy family schedule.
