Deb has been employed at CENTURY 21 Barbara Patterson since 1996, obtaining her Sales Agent license in 2004 and her Associate Broker license in 2006. Prior to joining CENTURY 21 Barbara Patterson, Deborah had a 15 year career in civil service as a Staffing and Recruitment Specialist at the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. With a background in personnel, she prides herself as a "people person" and is always happy to help in any situation. Landlord reviewDeborah Rice is a 'gem'. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. She's been my support for 'everything rentals', since 2019. Deborah Rice has helped find great tenants from the very first time the apartments were rented. One of the most signficant results to her acceptional rental process is that 'not once', not even through COVID, has a tenant not payed the rent. Debroah is my support always. I just raised the rents on the 2 apartments and I struggled doing it. I didn't want to, but I had to. Deborah talked with me, helped me understand the need and she qualified my rental increase amount and market value of the apartments. Deborah is my 'rock'. This was the 1st time I've ever raised anyones rent. She shared a letter with me and I wrote to the tenants, informed them of the increase. I was nervous. I didn't want anyone to leave. The tenants accepeted the increase with no issue. They actually thanked me for being a great landlord. I'm so Grateful!!! Thank you Deborah Rice.
