Seller reviewDawn Anderson was truly there when we needed her. Living 4 hours away made it difficult to take care of things. She helped us with our estate sale, gave us good recommendations for things that needed to be repaired...like replacing the furnace. She and her husband even pumped water out the basement after the sump pump failed during the big ice storm. Dawn definitely goes the extra mile. I would give her the highest rating.

Buyer reviewI worked with several realtors in the past. I never felt that they were very knowledgable about real estate laws, nor were they very proactive in helping me find a property. I live overseas which adds to the difficulty. I was pleasantly surprised by Dawn's professionalism and friendly demeanor. She answered messages quickly, she worked on weekends, and she always answered my questions enabling me to feel confident in my decisions. I never felt pressured by Dawn, in fact, after looking at a less than desirable property, she told me, "I don't want to see you settle". I do not hesitate in recommending Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She rocks!
