Buyer reviewDavid Scarbrough was our Buyer's Agent. Within minutes of telling him we were interested in a house, he calculated a fair offer to the seller. It was well over 10% less than asking. To our amazement, the seller accepted. As soon as we had the inspection report, Dave asked for it. He then proceeded to get four major problems fixed by the seller, again to our amazement. Dave is a man who leaves a situation better than he found it. Before we even found a house, he helped us deal with a previous real estate agent who was playing games with our earnest money. He talked to the other parties involved and the situation was resolved in our favor. This wasn't his problem to help us with, but he went above and beyond. After the sale, Dave brought us lunch to the house on moving day and continues to offer services in any way he can be of help. If you want a Five Star Real Estate Agent/Broker in your corner, you want Dave Scarbrough.
