He is always friendly, easy to work with and he continuously bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed! We can't thank David Pratt enough for everything he did to help us get this house sold and at a price that was better than we thought we could do! Seller reviewDave was awesome from the get go. He won't sugar coat anything. He came loaded with information and provided a cost estimate that was spot on. Dave was incredibly nice and professional and made himself available when I had questions. We had a contract pending within 2 weeks of posting the house. All in all this was an amazing experience. Dave took the stress out of selling the property and got us exactly what he estimated. We are so thrilled and cannot recommend Dave enough.

Seller reviewOur home was difficult to comp out, but David worked diligently to be sure we were pricing our home appropriately. He held many open houses and always listened to feedback from potential buyers and other agents. Other homes nearby that were priced similiarly sat on the market much longer and went through many different agents. ( We could tell by how they changed For Sale signs every so often.) In the end, he made sure that we got a great price and everything went super smoothly at closing. I would highly recommend David to anyone wanting a great sales agent. We knew from the beginning that he would answer every telephone call and follow up on any potential leads. We will definitely use him again!!
