Dave was wonderful from start to finish with our home selling experience. Dave has outstanding knowledge of the Sioux area market and was able to sell our house quick and effectively. Dave communication was very prompt is answering any questions or concerns we had via calls, text and emails. Dave was also there to help lend an extra hand when needed, from cleaning a window or offering to cut some weeds for some extra curb appeal. This was our 2nd purchase using Dave. He was great in both listening to our needs and helping us discover a new home in a limited market.
