I've known Darcy for many years and I trust her judgement completely. She is a wonderful friend! Darcy helped me in every way to get my house ready to list. She even helped me clean the basement. She had recommendations for electrical work, trash hauling and fix ups I could do myself! Darcy works around the clock! She amazed me! I will recommend Darcy Demos to everyone! There were two sellers of the property. The other one was difficult to communicate with, but Darcy didn't allow that to dissuade her. She kept a positive attitude and a wonderful demeanor. I have had experience with other realtors. Darcy is the most superb of them all. She went above and beyond to ensure that all parties in the transactions were happy and had a great experience. Since I live so far away, I wasn't able to handle many local matters that needed attention. Darcy took it upon herself to contact the people that would correct issues. She took a lot of burden from my shoulders by relieving me of any stress or problems. Darcy has been wonderful! I'm very thankful that Darcy was our real estate agent!
