Seller reviewDan Toner was recommended to me by another C21 agent in another town. The property was a rental my husband, who had passed, bought years earlier. Living in Florida and never having seen the house, I had to trust Dan on repairs needed inside and out. Dan hired a handyman that he uses on properties, and another trusted business to come and clear out what the tenant left. Dan made sure the grass was mowed and trimming done, then he took great pictures inside and out when he listed the property. Dan told me what he thought the house would sell for, and sure enough it did. Dan was very accessible by phone, easy to talk to and I never felt rushed, and Dan was quick to respond if I sent him a text. I truly appreciate the other agent recommending Dan Toner to sell my property. And I definitely recommend Dan if you are thinking of selling and/or buying a home.
