Also, he is both professional and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and not high pressure nor just "in it" just for the listing and $$. Due to Dan's guidance and assistance, the looking - negotiating - buying process was accomplished quickly and efficiently.

Seller reviewDan Hanlon led me through the process of selling my home, which was a major learning experience for me. He was patient with my lack of real estate knowledge, and I believe his previous experience in secondary education prepared him for this "student" who had very much to learn about the real estate process. Compared to the buyers' agent(s), Dan was always much more professional, empathetic, and understanding of my needs than I had observed from buyers' agents. He also was firm in his dealings with potential buyers who pushed the envelope at times "haggling" in negotiations. In this latest closing, my son accompanied me and was highly complimentary of Dan's quiet, calm, professional demeanor as compared to the buyers' agent. Yes, I would highly recommend Dan Hanlon to anyone who values honesty and integrity.

Seller reviewAnyone who would pick up the phone on a Friday evening at 5P., with a friendly, helpful, attitude, was impressive... Dan was always respectful & attentitive to our needs... Dan was very responsive anytime we would contact him....he even called us when he was out of the country!! Could not have chosen a better person than Dan Hanlon!
