On a personal note, I earned my Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Poznan University of Technology ranked among the top 6% of world universities. Buyer reviewI'm out-of-state (military prepping for PCS to the area), and had to rely heavily on Dana for certain parts of the entire process (ex. taking videos/photos of the house, face-to-face meetings with builder/construction manager). I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, care, and expertise she displayed on a regular basis. Even now, after I've closed on the house, she still assists me with coordination and practical things since I am still out-of-state. She goes above and beyond, consistently, and I can't thank her enough for all she has done to make this major life decision work out as smoothly as it has. Dana has my highest recommendation.

She took our wants and needs and filtered out any homes that didn't fit into the picture, and when we wanted to see homes, doing so virtually was a breeze with Dana. She drove across San Antonio for us, seriously. As first-time buyers, we leaned on Dana for her experience and her honest impressions of the houses that she walked us through. She was quick to point out issues that didn't appear clearly over video, and when we finally settled on a house she served as the eyes and ears, and occasionally the stern word to keep things on track. You cannot go wrong with Dana representing you. She's better than we could have hoped for.

She was able to capture every aspect of what was important to us, even when we didn't even know it. She was not pushy like most other realtors and just let us enjoy the home search process. When we finally found the one, she was so helpful with understanding everything, from the lending process, to even searching for inspection, warranty, and even repair companies. We have worked with MANY other real estate professionals and we even have some in our family and since the first showing, everyone else just fell off the list because of how great Dana is in every aspect.
