Corinne Savage was recommended to us by our close friends. She helped them sell their townhouse when they had to relocate and then helped them buy their single family home when they relocated back to the area. Buying our first home was very daunting, but Corinne made the whole process go so smoothly. During the offer process, she prepared the paperwork quickly and got it in front of the buyer before anyone else. She also had referrals for mortgage lenders and an inspector; both of which were great and we went with her referrals. Throughout the whole process, the thing I appreciated the most about Corinne was her quick responses to our many questions and being on-top of all the necessary steps. I would highly recommend Corinne, she is a great broker with a lot of knowledge in the area. With her, we knew we were a priority and were going to be taken care of. We had watched Corinne and her team staging the house next to ours a few years ago and were very impressed. They worked long hours, often late into the evening. She sold that house very quickly in December. We met her during the process; she demonstrated both a total commitment to her clients and a deep understanding of the McLean housing market. It didn't hurt that she was charming and engaging. She was our only choice when we decided to put our house on the market. Our house (and the one next door) is unusual for McLean--a Victorian outside and a contemporary inside. We also had virtually no backyard, only a side patio. One simply cannot begin to describe the care, the time, and the energy they put into recreating our house to meet their--and our--vision. The proof is in the result; two offers within 2 1/2 months, one of which was right on target; a very short time given the unusual qualities of our house,. During the negotiations with the buyer and buying agent, Corinne was in constant contact, offering superb advice that probably saved us thousands of dollars. We fortunately had a very accommodating buyer, but the process was not without tense moments, and Corinne was a calming, rational voice that guided us through to closing. Not only do we think we found the best team in the business, we also all became good friends, and, having bought and sold numerous homes over the years, that's a rare but delightful benefit. Quite simple, Corinne and her team are the best; we are so lucky we found them. We are thrilled and grateful that we found Corinne.
