Buyer reviewCheryl came highly recommended from friends of ours who had purchased and sold a house in Nags Head. They could not speak highly enough of her, so it was a "no-brainer" that we went with Cheryl without looking at other possibilities. And what an excellent choice she was! Cheryl made the entire process of buying a vacation home EXTREMELY easy for us - from setting up houses for us to look at through to closing and even afterwards! She is an extremely good listener and communicator - quick to respond via phone, email or text. This was very important to us given that we don't live in North Carolina and had never bought a vacation/rental property before. Cheryl's knowledge of the Outer Banks, real estate market, vendors, costs, and anything else related to buying a house in OBX is incredible. Her recommendations were critical to our negotiation process with the seller. We relied on her for all kinds of information throughout the process and she was always there for us and quick to respond! We felt like Cheryl was our personal realtor, advocate and friend through the entire process of purchasing our home in Nags Head. I was constantly amazed and impressed by her attention to detail and her follow-thru on important things to the most mundane aspects of the property and of the purchase. She is a real gem. Cheryl was the first realtor that I contacted who contacted me back. She was incredibly relatable and trustworthy from the very start. I would have paid anything for this property and I think Cheryl knew that. However, she negotiated a much lower price than I expected. This proved to me that she was truly MY realtor and that I could trust her completely.

She has given me her advise and lots of guidance to help me with the sale of my property. There have been things that i needed to do to bring my home up to "snuff" that would appeal more to buyers that i needed to take care of.
