Seller reviewCheryl was wonderful throughout the entire process. Her detailed knowledge of the area allowed her to give us valuable advice which really made a difference. She was able to get the house under contract quickly by utilizing a short sale approach. We did have a number of challenges with the short sale process and Cheryl stuck with it the enitre time. I really appreciate her hard work to get the home sold. I would definitely recommend Cheryl to anyone looking to buy or sell thier home.
