Seller reviewFrom the beginning, Cassie's advice was relevant and on target. The property was sold at market value, which she determined using clear methodology and communicated clearly and understandably. She made the sale convenient for me, including helping with details beyond the sale procedure such as the transfer of utilities to the new owners and refunding the prepaid balance. I always had the impression that what she said or suggested was solidly grounded, and it was at her suggestion that I decided to try to sell off-season, which turned out to be the right thing for me at this point.

Seller reviewCassie Volk took away every bit of nervousness I had about selling my house. It was a long overdue but spur of the moment decision. Within 48 hours they were there to take pictures and get a sale price. She offered a couple sugggestoons on the furniture arrangement. And after I tidied up and she returned to take actual pictures for the listing it was nice to see her extremely positive reaction. After that, the sale was so quick Cassie just kept me updated immediately when there was anything I needed to know or do or papers to sign. Cassie was very generous with her time and answered all the questions I had thoroughly and it was comforting to know that I could contact her anytime.
