She understood our dilemma about being an out of state owner. She had a plan before she came to us and was well prepared to handle out concerns. She was amazing. Our home was damaged by previous tenants. Being located in Hawaii made it extremely difficult and nerve racking to find contractors to give estimates and handle repairs, but Calla knew honest contractors that offered fair prices that were able to fix what was needed quickly. She gave us recommendations on what actually needed repaired and what could be skipped that would get us value for our home. We had previous brokers that tried lied to us in the past so we were very weary, especially not being physically there, but she had our backs the whole time and never became impatient with our incessant questions and calls. She even called us with updates. Her transition staff kept us fully updated and made sure we understood what each step was and what would be occurring.

This was a very difficult time having to give up our family home. Calla came right over and told us what we would need to do to get the house on the market. We had an accepted offer within 24 hours of the list date! We were very happy with the honesty (as to the home value), the directness (what we should do to get the house ready to sell) and the patience as we moved through the process. Calla and her staff were excellent. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Calla made sure to always respond back to me if I had any questions, Kept me updated weekly. I liked the fact that it is only her office and not multiple realtors. Past realtors I worked with, I felt it was hard to get in contact with them, but not with Calla. She was always on top of things. She also worked with investors, which I didn't have that experience with my last realtor.

I just had the most pleasant experience with a realtor (Century 21 Colleen Reality) I had a very hard piece of property to sell we tried a few different reality companies, This Century 21 office was so on top of all aspects of advising me about the market and the selling condition of the home that it sold in the winter in 6 weeks, when everyone else had it in prime time and did nothing because it was not priced correctly. The customer service and constant updates from the well trained staff almost made me feel like I lived next door, and I live almost 50 miles away, I knew when it was being shown and all the comments on the house which allow us to make important decisions about condition and price that the Century 21 staff almost weekly called to discuss and advise me. The house also needed some repairs and living 50 miles away could have been very difficult but they had enough local contractors that I had 3 estimates within 1 day and they started work that week Century 21 also supervised and inspected the work. This was the most professional company I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a realtor in southern Wisconsin.

Calla and her support team was always there for us and did a great job. The entire process was seamless and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
