Seller reviewFrom the second we spoke. I felt comfortable with Bruno and the sense of integrity he presented. We discussed various options for the property and once we decided to move forward with the sale, he was a bull. He actually helped maneuver through a lower priced sale to gain an additional 12k and over the listing. He knows this market and municipality as well as what this market is going to realistically bear. I had met prematurely with other realtors with lower fees. Almost 1/2, and i'm completely satisfied with our result. I would recommend Bruno to anyone that was looking to buy or sell if I could.
