Seller reviewI met w/Bob and his fellow agent Steve & immediately appreciated their (his) knowledge & suggestions. After some flooring & window upgrades, we listed the house on a Thursday, had an open house on Sat/Sun, and GOT AN OFFER THAT eventually resulted in the sale of the property! Very pleased with the entire process ...even though the buyer was challenging for all involved.

When the time finally came to sell our home, he jumped right in with great advice on what to do and not to do in getting ready to sell as well as how to manage the sales process. He we very helpful throughout the negotiations and closing process with our buyers. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and by Sunday had accepted an offer slightly over asking. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend Bob highly.
