We recently had a home built, Beth Mandell was there every step of the way from picking a lot to making sure final touches were done before closing. Having a home built was a very stressful time but it was very reassuring knowing we had Beth to turn to if we were unsure or uncomfortable with anything! Beth sold our prior home and helped in every step of our new home building/buying process I would definitely call on her again if needed.

I sent in an email requesting information on a lot. Within the next 30 minutes, Beth Mandell contacted me. We met up at the property the following morning. Beth Mandell came off as easily approachable, extremely knowledgeable and patient. She listened while I explained my situation and future plans. It was reassuring, her understanding of my situation and how I found her to be very trustworthy. As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into. I didn't think I needed a realtor since I was purchasing a lot and a mobile home to put on it. Boy, was I wrong! I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Beth Mandell. She immediately took the role of my advocate and set up communications between the selling agent, the company I was purchasing the home from and my mortgage lender. She handled every aspect of my transaction and substantially reduced my work load. The home sales staff and mortgage team all had pleasant comments about Beth Mandell. With Beth Mandell's keen attention to detail and high level of knowledge in her profession, I felt so at ease during my closing. Beth Mandell, by far, exceeded the excellent rating. As I was told from all parties involved in my purchase, the issues that came up were a first for many. When Beth Mandell explained each problem, immediately, she followed it up with a course of actions to remedy the situation and what possible outcomes I could expect. I can not express how grateful I am with the teamwork, commitment, and dedication that occurred between my mortgage broker and Beth Mandell. It was such a pleasure to work with Beth Mandell and I honestly can not put into words how much I appreciate everything she did. I only dealt with Beth Mandell so it is kinda hard to rate the performance of other staff members. But, in my opinion, CENTURY 21 Properties Plus must be a great company since my experience with Beth Mandell exceeded all my expectations. Even though I do not see myself needing this service ANY time in the near future, I would not hesitate to call Beth Mandell. I'm so happy with my experience that I would absolutely recommend CENTURY 21 Properties Plus to friends, family or anyone looking to buy or sell their home/property. My experience had multiple complications. Beth Mandell handled each one with such confidence, knowledge and professionalism, that made me feel like each problem was nothing to be too concerned about. I know this experience presented multiple challenges for Beth Mandell, but, because of her understanding and expertise, my experience was great! I can not say enough to express how thankful and lucky I am to have shared this experience with Beth Mandell and CENTURY 21 Properties Plus!

Buying a new home is a very scary and stressful process. It's even more stressful when choosing a home across the country, and you can't be there for most of the process. We could not have done any of this without Beth Mandell. She was crucial for us in picking our new home. We were able to come to Charleston once to pick our builders, and she knew exactly where and what to show us. She exceeded our expections, and we could not be more pleased with her and our new home. She was there when we could not be, attended meetings when we could not, and always clearly communicated the process and what we were missing out on. She always had answers to our questions and was realiable and trustworthy. It would not have been the same without Beth, and we are eternally grateful for her. Thank you Beth!

Beth Mandell is simply fantastic. From coming out at the last minute to show us the home we were interested in...while she was sick. To making sure we knew everything that was going on throughout the entire process. Beth stayed on top of everything for us and made our transition from Virginia and buying our new home here in Summerville as easy as possible. I would recommend her without and hesitation. Absolutly wonderful!!!
