We were concerned by how quickly homes in our neighborhood were flying off the market, but she was extremely helpful in quickly scheduling showings and attending them with us, which made all the difference. There were many times we requested a showing ASAP, and she was able to get us in on the same or following day. As first time homebuyers, she took the time to explain each step of the process in detail to us to make sure we understood and were comfortable before proceeding. When we found our dream home, she negotiated tirelessly on our behalf and helped us work quickly for a fast closing. We'll be recommending Bernadette to our friends and family and hope to work with her again down the road!
