Seller reviewThis was a difficult sale because the buyer and their agent did not understand co-op sales and their nuances. Barb work tirelessly to get them to understand what they needed to comprehend. She was also working with a new realestate company that was dissorganized and lack an expected professional level of performance. It is a wonder she was able to pull this off!
