One of the most important factors was her use of social media and her willingness to pay for ads on her own. April seemed to understand the current market and she worked hard to reach as many potential buyers as she could. She was very knowledgeable and I put my complete trust in her to sell my home. One expierence I think is worth mentioning. During our second day of home viewings we came across several homes with sanitary concerns; nothing major, but would gross out most people. Rather than letting us become discourage April Todd went above and beyond to rectify the issue and prevent any future concerns. She purchased shoe covers for both my fiancé and I, which was extremely thoughtful. We appreciated that gesture because it showed she truly cares for her clients and listens to their concers. It was a pleasure being able to work with April and we look forward to our next opportunity.

April came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. She did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it. She took the time to understand what we cared about and what was important to us. April's professionalism was exemplary! April sold our home fast, in roughly 30 days, during December/January. The closing ran just as smoothly as the sale! April was in constant contact with us and everything ran very smoothly.
