April Alexy has had a long-time interest in homes and the real estate market, influenced by generations of family members in the contracting field. After attending college for business, April invested in her first home, which she still owns to this day as a rental property. From that start, April has purchased multiple other properties, being personally involved in the rehab, rental and resale of them. She is also a co-owner of a commercial property, which has supported two thriving businesses since 2005.
April's interests and experience in real estate prompted her to obtain her Realtors license in 2016. When ever I sign a contract with her I know my property will be sold swiftly and always exceeding my list price. She is the ultimate professional! I have referred my friends to her with the same results! If she ever leaves cent 21 I will also be gone. It's her not necessarily Century 21 I put my faith in!
