Ann was a God send. She helped us all the way through a difficult buying process. We lived out of state so seeing homes in person was a time sensitive matter. She worked with us on this matter. The sellers side was not as helpful as they should've been. But Ann stayed with it and on top of it for us and didn't back down working with a difficult sellers agent.

I was trying to use people that were with real estate agents I trust which is an agency for organization started by Glenn Beck and his brother, but there were no agents in my general vicinity where I was looking to purchase. I then looked to the Ramsey organization and they had someone there but she was not responsive at all, so I basically decided to look elsewhere. I had come across the Veterans United real estate on the internet and I thought well I'm going to check these people out because I served in the military as a reservist, and I answered all the questions as soon as I submitted within about 2 minutes I had a call from Miss Reynolds, and she was extremely responsive professional and new of the property I mean it just listed like a day before and we set up an appointment for me to come down and do a viewing of the property and I had earnest money in hand and she negotiated the deal and it worked out perfectly. Ann is awesome, I recommend her highly!
