I take pride in higher education and continue to apply that knowledge to my business so that I may best represent my clients whether they be sellers or buyers. Each unique market, including individual subdivisions in the same market area, can be very different from one another for a multitude of reasons. This is why I specifically work in a smaller market area and I am able to convey inside and detailed knowledge to my clients.
Additionally I work with both sellers and buyers. Some agents will work only one side of a transaction. I feel in order to best represent my buyer clients I must have a strong understanding of seller expectations and in order to best represent my sellers I must know what buyers want. The only way to truly understand these wants and needs is to work closely with both types of clients. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert and consider myself a marketing specialist. Local knowledge, unique strategizing and interpersonal dynamics as well as my love of working with people has been the secret to the success of my business.
I take pride in each and every transaction and 100% client satisfaction is my #1 goal. I want my clients to have the absolute best experience when working with me. Seller reviewI had never sold a home before. I was in a POA situation needing to sell a home that was not in the best shape. Amy was helpful and optimistic discussing my options. Her use of flash sales in the past seemed like a great idea for an " as is " property. I felt relieved to be working with her. Amy let me know what was going on every step of the way. I have an odd work schedule and did not live in the same city as the house for sale. She worked with me on best times to communicate. She never made me feel like I was hard to deal with and was always happy to explain the process. She was always upbeat and fun to talk to even at moments when the sale was not going as planned. And when the buyer threw curve balls Amy always held them to the agreement. I had complete trust that Amy was looking out for my best interests. I was never worried. I felt like I had someone extremly knowledgable, comfident and creative on my side. I feel lucky that Amy was recommended to me and I would do the same.
