Amanda Speedy of CENTURY 21 Scheetz

We have been dealing with Amanda since 2012, with the selling of our first home. Ever since then, she has been our only choice! She was excellent then, and she is excellent now. She always has our best interest at heart and does everything she can to make processes go as smoothly as possible. She is also never afraid to tell us if she feels we are making a bad decision or a good one! Last year, August 2016, we decided to sell our "new" house yet again (we just purchased it with her the year before, May '15). We listed with Amanda, had only 5 pictures online and sold the house at full listing price within 14 hours!! Amazing! ^_^ Then the real fun began. My husband and I were looking for property to buy to build a home. We found a property that we had several negotiations with the seller's realtor...and several issues with our lender. Amanda was there every step of the way, contacting the seller's realtor and even our lender to help us work things out and try to help us keep everyone in the loop. We cannot say how much we appreciated her professionalism, dedication, and heart in all of this. The property did not work out due to things on our lender's end...so we continued on looking for property or a house with property. She helped us to find a home with property about 1 week later. She helped us negotiate a price with the seller that was more reasonable and made the buying process so simple!! She stayed in touch with us every step of the way. Never have we been left wondering what was taking place or what we needed to do. We cannot speak highly enough of her. We will definitely use her again with any future sales and we would highly recommend her to others. She is more like a part of our family, than our realtor! Our children love her and look forward to seeing her! Thanks Amanda : )
