Born and raised in North Carolina, Alice has proudly called Fuquay-Varina home since 1983, when she moved there with her husband and two young daughters. She and her husband, Sammy, have been married for 52 years, and they cherish the small-town atmosphere that made Fuquay-Varina a wonderful place to raise their family.

Seller reviewAlice Smith sent me a card when she sold the house next to mine. When I contacted her about selling my house, she set down with me and explained what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell. She explained that there may be other realtors involved and about the home inspections that would probably take place. While the house was on the market she was always available when I had any question and helped me with any problems. Alice made it possible for my house to sell quickly and at a very good price.
