As a first time buyer, I looked for someone I knew would give our situation the time and attention it needed. A.J. Allen was easy to work with and from the beginning was responsive at each step of the way. He sat down with us at the beginning for several hours and explained in detail all of our options and what to expect of the process. He went out of his way (out of normal service area) to show us the houses we wanted to look at. When issues popped up due to current events (COVID-19) and due to the seller agent, A.J. was able to resolve the issues and get us through to a purchase. Most importantly, A.J. was open and honest and did not hide any information from us. I would highly recommend A.J. and C21 to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first time buyers.

He rembered our names, what we were looking for, and was nothing but positive in regards of how hard we worked to get financially back on track. It felt really genuine and I knew he wanted us to find our dream house and didn't see us as just another client. We had attempted to buy a house a few years back and my credit wasn't good enough to get approved for a loan. AJ gave us several options and some trying to help us get approved and really went that extra mile for us. So at the end of it I saved all of his information for once my credit was solid.
