We are all big fans of the North Central Arkansas area and its many blessings and can't wait to share all its' amenities & Lifestyle with you. Helping you find that dream home in the right location for the right price is our #1 priority. Between the 3 of us, we bring over 47 years of real estate experience to the table. Jeff Dunn - licensed in 2015 - is an experienced real estate developer and home builder. Jeff and his wife, Ruth, moved to this area over 40 years ago - and are proud to still call it home. As a licensed general contractor, Jeff has the ability to help determine whether a property needs repairs, and to what extent. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff loves all the wonderful benefits the Twin Lakes Area offers. Daryl Young and his wife, Carolyn, - moved to the Twin Lakes Area 15 years ago and have owned several businesses locally. Licensed in 2016, Daryl and Jeff joined up as a team in 2019. Daryl loves the opportunity to serve others, whether it's through his church family or out in the general public and is also proud to call this area home. Daryl and Jeff decided to combine their talents, and formed the Tri-Rivers Group team in 2019. Kirby Bailey - Hello my name is Kirby Bailey. I am a native Arkansan and I have enjoyed living in the Twin Lakes area since I moved here from central Arkansas in 1987. As you can imagine being able to live in Mountain Home and Cotter over the years has made me feel extremely blessed to live here. I have been married to my wonderful wife Eva for 26 years. We have 3 sons and a wonderful daughter in law. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I am also an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. He helped us buy the house a few years ago so it only made sense to have him help us sell it. Very knowledgeable about the area and pricing in the market Viewing properties with Libby was so easy she understood our needs and helped us find the perfect house. She was able to answer any questions we had and she pointed items we may have missed it was like ceiling houses with a close friend we could trust. Jeff is a wealth of information not only for real estate, but also the area, community, and churches. For my wife and myself we felt his passion for Mountain Home. Jeff Dunn sells more than houses and property, Jeff sells homes and his community. Would we ever use or recommend Jeff? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Buyer reviewSince Jeff sold our home, then acted as the realtor for the town home we purchased in The Heights development, we got to know him very well. He went over and above helping us with the sale of our home, from pictures in the local paper, to running two color spreads in the monthly Century 21 booklet. He was thorough in explaining how things were handled and attended the viewings as needed. We found him very supportive, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
