As we were purchasing from another state, he provided invaluable assistance with the inspections, repair, offer and closing. He even provided us with a time line to keep things moving and ready for closing at the appropriate time. He even met us when we came to move our furniture into the home and walked through to show us the repairs that were made. He even continued to assist after the closing with keys, and provision of quotes for lawn care! We so appreciated all that he did for us and would recommend him to everyone. You have a great asset with John as one of your relators.
