Buyer reviewWe were buying a property in Indiana while living in California. This made broker selection more difficult. We had been looking online at a property that Greg Adams was the selling agent for and found him to be very easy to work with as well as quite helpful. At almost the same time, we got a recommendation from someone I knew in the Fort Wayne area who had worked with Greg on a property purchase and highly recommended him. This landed him the position as our broker. Working with Greg was always enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market, the many aspects of a house that made it desirable (or not, in many instances), and always took the time to carefully look over each property that we visited to find potential problems. He was patient with us, and always tried to do what we needed to help make our new home selection. From previous home buying experiences I know that the process of selecting and purchasing a house can be tiring, sometimes frustrating, and very trying. Greg made the overall process fun, which is something I can't say about previous realtors I've worked with. I would unconditionally recommend Greg to anyone looking for a realtor.
