She answered all of our questions, was honest, able to listen to our needs, and made critical recommendations that would lead us to purchasing a home. With her vast knowledge, passion and drive made our decision the easiest one in choosing Kim. We would choose her every time. She was a superstar throughout the entire process. She always had our best interests in mind and communicated with us every step of the way. I don't plan on moving, but if we did, I would choose Kim and Century 21 New Millennium. We consider her to be a friend.

What I liked most about Jessica was that as I looked at properties using online listing companies like Zillow, she would respond quickly about the availability of houses. Many of the home still listed were under contract or sold. I appreciated her quick response, which saved me a lot of time searching for my next investment purchase. When we did find an available home, she made her self available to visit the property and place an offer.
