Things didn't go too good when we first met Stephanie...we couldn't view the cabin cause of people extending their stay...that turned out to be good. Stephanie continued to work with us and worked really hard to meet our satisfaction. Simply returning phone calls or texts late at night shows her commitment to her clients and job. Stephanie never gave up and her efforts showed through when she brought us to our cabin for the first time....it was like it was supposed to be ours...now it is. Thanks Stephanie for all the hard work....we are very happy with our purchase and hope you continue to do well in your profession.

Jason did a great job. His communication during the sales process was excellent. I have bought and sold 13 houses over the years. We have been visiting Gatlinburg for over 50 years and finally committed to purchasing a home. However, this staff is so upfront and professional in explaining how this is handled I had no discomfort what-so-ever with the process. All inspections were carried out quickly and thoroughly . She and the staff at Four Seasons gave us all contacts for setting up all utilities, recommendations for tradespeople we needed. We closed remotely, and she provided a video walk thru before closing. She followed up after closing and we met and had lucy after we moved in. We consider her a friend in our new community and can only tell you if you are looking for a professional real estate person in this area - look no further -we could not give anyone a higher recommendation than Stephanie Huskey.
