Genia Beckman was incredible during the trying times of looking for a new home during the pandemic. She did everything she could to get me Zoom showings and she even took me on a Zoom drive around the town so I could see the locations of possible places to live. She was always a joy to talk to and she was able to zone-in on what I really wanted in my new home. I struggled with making strong offers due to contingencies and it was heartbreaking every time I lost. However, I never once felt alone in the process. She really listened and had great patience with me as I tried to navigate all the components of purchasing a home. I will be forever grateful for her service and Century 21 Looking Glass. I was looking into buying a house but I wanted someone I knew on a personal level and didn't feel comfortable dealing with someone new and I knew Jamie was a realtor. Jamie was great in answering all my questions and going over things with me in a way that I could understand. She was very helpful through the whole process and made sure I knew what to expect. It felt like she was looking out for me as a new home buyer verses her just trying to make a sale. If something felt off or shady to her she would let me know and dig into for me and get back to me in a timely mater. She was also very willing to meet with me or talk to me at late hours or on the weekends due to my work schedule. She was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable the whole time working with Jamie.
