Seller reviewDavid Adelsperger always answered his phone always answered my questions, he was down to earth never tried to talk over my head and told me like it was not what I thought it should be even though I knew I was dreaming .That's why I would recommend David Adelsperger to anyone buying or selling a home.

Buyer reviewWhen I asked David to be my realtor. He gracefully accepted. I'm a first time home buyer and any question I asked him (no matter what time of day it was) he would respond. He knew much about the area that I wanted to move into, such as restaurants, food, and places for things to do. He always was right on top of things and we completed offer to signing date within 20 days. My happiest moment was when he did not try to upsell me but stayed within my price range. That really meant a lot and showed me his intentions were to make me happy his priority.

Buyer reviewDavid was amazing. He was very responsive in all communication. More importantly, he was truthful, honest, and correct. He knew we required a lot and he was very understanding and helpful in every aspect of the purchase/sale. Truthfully, the reason we decided to start looking with David is because he showed interest in our kids. He never made us feel like they were a bother in the process. He remembered their names and went above and beyond in dealing with our hectic-ness. Cathy was very helpful in the process as well. We appreciate the time she took to make sure we were taken care of. Again, the process was very easy because of the attention to detail that David took to our needs.
