Cherylann was so good to work with during these trying times and made our purchase so much less stressful She was quick to answer any question we had or get any other documents we requested from the other agent. Cherylann was able to find us a condo that meet our requirements and needs. She was able to set up showings even in these crazy times we are dealing with.

During my homebuying journey, I had dealt with other agents, but once I met this team and they were involved they were so great, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my needs and questions I really didn't feel like I needed to contact anyone else. Understanding that I'm a working single mom, she was great at giving me reminders and making sure things stayed on my radar so I was in contract during the process. Making me aware of different deadlines, etc. She was also happy to go out of her way to meet at a convenient location for me, for the deposit. That was a first for me, dealing with agents from other companies. I can't say enough good things about this experience, seriously. Peter was also great-- as well as the sellers agent Terry who I met at the final walkthrough. Everyone was fantastic and I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell property. A++, 5 stars

Cheryl was phenomenal in every aspect. There were problems with the walk through and she handled them exquisitely. Additionally, she was very understanding throughout the entire process, which had its issues with no fault to the real estate agent. There were two occasions that I walked away from buying a house; yet she was extremely supportive and understanding. I was probably not the easiest client, as I have very strong opinions and easily frustrated; however, she was professional in every aspect. I chose her initially to sell my house because she was referred by a friend. I chose her again to help me purchase my condominium and would use her again.
