Buyer reviewZach is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone. One year before, I visited his website and he contacted me. I told him what I was looking for and he listened and responded accordingly. When I told him that I wasn't ready, he backed off and respected my wishes by not contacted me again. I liked that and saved his number until I was ready to proceed. He was super helpful. As I first-time buyer, I heavily relied on his experience and advice. He was never one to push or try to influence my decision. When I had questions, he explained things well without being condescending. Very trustworthy

He dealt with the challenges the sellers had with professionalism and tact, making sure that I was informed at all times of where we were at along the process. Seller reviewKnowledgeable, patient, always available, and killer negotiator - Zack Baker renegotiated a nice sum back to us from our seller after learning of a defunct HVAC that was absolutely a fair price adjustment and saved us a ton of out-of-pocket expense. Find me a better agent, and I'll find you a unicorn. As Zack's former Scoutmaster, I can verify he is honest, trustworthy... all the way down the list. I don't always move, but when I do, I use Zack; you should too.
