Using Zillow's feature to request showings, I got a handful of random agents to show the first few houses. One from another realtor was especially terrible and tried to sell me on a place that clearly smelled of cat urine. Random Terrible Realtor Lady: "It's kind of cuuuute. You could do so much to make it your own!" Me: "Umm... <sniffs> are you serious?" Then Wendy came into the picture. She was real. Professional, but not over-the-top super "sales-y". While other realtors made me feel like they just wanted to sell me something at any cost so they got their commission, Wendy sincerely wanted to help find the right place for me. Right off the bat Wendy was observant and intuitive to what I wanted in a home. She was never pushy and never needed to try too hard to sell me on a house that I clearly had reservations on. If she sensed that I didn't like a house, a quick, "This isn't the one, is it?" and we were out of there. Texting typically worked best for me to keep in contact and she was always quick and responsive. The team worked together well the one time Wendy was out of town at a conference, the team in the office was quick and helped with what I needed. 10/10. Would recommend.

I found Wendy to be very responsive to any inquiries I had and I was pretty demanding. She really ensured she was showing me houses at times most convenient for me and if she wasn't available when I wanted to view properties she worked with other agents to ensure my time frame was not compromised as I had a very compressed time period to make a purchasing decision. I would definitely recommend working with Wendy as she understands the concept of great customer service.
