Several renovation and mandatory repair issues were discovered that would take several months to complete. Despite that delay of being able to put the house on the market, Eileen was with us every step of the way, providing encouragement and assurance that everything would work out. Living in Florida, a thousand miles from the house, Eileen went above and beyond an agent's duties by taking care of the issues that required someone be on-site at the house.
