Buyer reviewTracy Ward was our 3rd realitor. He listened to everything we wanted in a house and found it for us. Granted we looked at a lot of houses but I'm sure everyone will when buying their first home! He is very attention to detail, if he sees something wrong, he will tell you. He also doesnt want you buying a home you can't afford! He takes care of you very well! He even left us with a house warming present! Thank you so much Tracy!

Seller reviewTracy helped us buy a house on line from 300 miles away with FaceTime tours, and that creativity made our trips to town more focused. Pictures are nice, but a virtual tour was what convinced us. When we sold the house two years later, we had no doubt Tracy would handle the details.
