Around 3 years ago, my wife and I were looking to buy a home and Jeff Wilcox was recommended to us by a friend. From the very beginning, Jeff was extremely helpful and guided us through the process of buying a home, answering all of our questions & providing honest feedback constantly. We had a very chaotic time getting into a new home to no fault of Jeff or Century 21, but because we dealt with some other not so great sellers. Despite all the adversity, Jeff made everything as easy as possible for us and was able to get us settled into a home that we loved and we felt we got for quite the bargain. After 2 1/2 years in that home, the next chapter of our lives called for us to sell the home & Jeff was our go-to guy. Again, he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process, and always willing to answer questions or help with things no matter what time of day I contacted him. We were again able to sell our home for a reasonable price, make a profit, and sell to a family that appreciates the property just as much as we did. Jeff has always been extremely honest and never tries to push you in one direction just because it might turn out better for him. He tells it how it is and ensures that you are put first throughout your buying and selling process. He genuinely understands what you and your family needs and what type of home you are looking for. He has offered far & beyond what he is expected, and is always willing to help you out. He was more than just a realtor and always has been. We consider Jeff a family friend and will always be the first call we make when making a decision regarding the purchasing or selling of a home. I can't recommend him enough.

Paul is one of the most upstanding guys out there. He asks for honesty in what we were looking for. Within 3 days we looked at 15 properties and he was so patient with us. He had the sheets ready to review in a packet for both my wife and I and himself just in case we had questions or if he noticed something we really needed to know about a property. He is thorough and will help answer all questions. Expectations were set from the beginning and we had no surprises. The whole process in buying and negotiating was so easy. The only stressful part for my family is how we can repay Paul back for his help in finding ur forever home.
