From the moment I told him I was interested in buying, the relationship was established. He ALWAYS returned my calls, texts and emails. He was even able to negotiate really great closing terms that were in my favor. Closing costs for me were low, and the sellers agreed to fix a bunch of small repairs. We were supposed to close within 30 days, but thanks to Burnz staying on top of things, we were able to close in less than 21... On top of everything else, he is a really nice guy. Super professional and trustworthy. I will continue to work with Burnz for any future property transaction, and would highly recommend him to anybody.
