Josh's enthusiasm and local knowledge proved to be a vital asset. He really does go above and beyond to get the Buyer exactly what they want. The only thing I can say about Josh Johnson is: AWESOME A = Accountable W = Work Ethics E = Enthusiasm S = Smiles (you can't get him to stop. Josh Johnson was recommended by some friends of our son who lives in Orem. We moved from Oklahoma and had no experience here with a realty/ realtor. We were not disappointed! We were so pleased with the professional manner Mr. Johnson handled every aspect of our search and ultimate purchase of our home. He listened to my wish list and delivered in every way possible. I consider Josh as part of our family now! He was a delight to work with, to tease, and to follow through with every detail of our concerns and needs. His assistant and processor were extremely helpful whenever we had questions or paperwork to deal with. My compliments to them. Moving can be stressful and at times frustrating, however, your agency (especially Josh) relieved any concerns by being honest and available.

Josh Johnson is a fantastic agent! He is efficient, keeps you well informed, and gets results quickly. Our house sell fell through due to financing and Josh had it back under contract within a few days which was a huge relief. We've used Josh to buy and sell and he was great with both processes. You want Josh Johnson in your corner whether you are buying or selling!

When my wife and I began my home search, I expected it to take months to find exactly what we were looking for. Josh was very patient and took almost no time at all to determine what we really wanted. He found us a house in under 2 weeks that met all of our criteria. He was knowledgeable about every area we were looking at and for someone that knows that much was also very responsive. I am very happy with the service we received from Josh and have already recommended him to many friends and co-workers.

It was very pleasant and refreshing to have worked with Josh. His professionalism was outstanding! We received regular updates on the status of our deal. If we ever had a question, Josh was very quick to respond. This is the second time we have used Josh as our realtor and this experience was better than the first. Both times he had our house sold in under three days. Very impressive! Josh made the purchase and sale so simple for me and my family. Why would you want to go with someone else. Josh went above and beyond any expectations and did so by being friendly and professional. I would absolutely have Josh list our house again and undoubtedly refer him to a friend.
