Solid guy through and through! This was my first home purchase and Chris and his team made it a breeze! He never rushed me on anything and was understanding about any questions we had. I'm sure I had some wierd questions as a first time home buyer but he made sure any question was just as important as any! The concerns that we had, Chris was extremely fast with figuring them out or getting back to us with an answer. His ability to point you in the right direction for other processes in buying(inspections, financing, insurance, etc), is amazing! Hes the guy with the right stuff and knows great people to get you where you need and want to be! Most importantly, his main goal was to make this the best experience for us that he possibly could and I couldnt appreciate him more for that. He showed us many times how much he appreciated us as clients and I'm so glad we had him as our agent. I strongly recommend him to anyone. Chris assured us that we were in total control of all decisions and answered all questions to help us feel comfortable step by step. He was very flexible with times and scheduling. He was also really great with giving reminders for it all. He was super fast with getting back with me if he couldn't answer me right away(which was very rare). There was never a time that we felt unsure of anything thanks to him and his team

This is my 3rd time using Chris! And although I hope I don't need to buy another house anytime soon, if the need does arise we have every intention using Chris again! Chris paid soo much attention he noticed on the original congrats a few was marked 0 dollars.. towards the end they tried to up it to $500 and Chris put his foot down and fought for us as that's not what we agreed to! Chris is sooo kind!!! He always turns my crazy thought process into a positive and compliments me. I'm so grateful he took the time to understand my needs and didn't ever call me crazy, even tho I was very aware my stress was making me crazy

Christopher helped us find our last home, so we were confident to have him help us again. He always answers our questions quickly and thoroughly. On a house that we loved, with multiple offers, we were absolutely thrilled to be the winning offer and we could not have done that without him. The whole process was smooth, fast and easy. He was there through every step of the process to make sure everything went perfectly and checked in with us as well. We definitely plan to continue to recommend him to our friends and family.
