Seller reviewBuying a home and selling my condo with Jake and his team has been such a great experience. As Jake's brother, I have heard tons of positive feedback from friends, family, and colleagues regarding their experience working with him over the past decade. Now I can speak from my own experience. Jake is a consummate professional in the real estate space. He has extensive knowledge of the market, the skill to negotiate favorable terms for his clients, and makes himself readily available to answer questions. The morning of offers being reviewed, Jake guided us through making multiple small tweaks to our purchase offer to be sure we secured our dream home. The amendments we made were enough to make our offer the most attractive without overpaying. We are so thankful we had a Jake in our corner to get the job done. Next time we buy or sell, there is no question we will be working with Jake again.

Seller reviewWe contacted Jake s few years ago wanting to find property and build a house. After looking for over a year, we decided to look for an existing house. Jake listened to all our requirements and was able to help us find our dream home in Oconomowoc! When selling, we had an issue with the septic system that needed to be addressed. The negotiations with the buyers were a little strained at times. Jake was patient and persistent in dealing with the buyers and their realtor. He was a perfect mediator. We would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends, and we have!
