Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Jake Schneider for all your real estate needs. Our buying experience, with Jake was exceptional. Jake is always accommodating, which was important with the current market, with many houses getting accepted in less than 48 hours. He was there and ready to walk us through the entire buying process. I firmly believe that Jake's knowledge and negotiating skills are the reason that we were able to get an accepted offer on our home. Jake knows the market inside and out, he knows what properties are worth. He was upfront with us when he saw red flags or when asking/selling prices were out of line with appraisal values-we knew that Jake had our best interest! A+ realtor. We will be recommending Jake to friends/family and using him again in the future.

Seller reviewTo possible home seller, I would highly recommend Jake for the sale of your home. He provided a wonderful plan of how the sale was to go and he executed his plan. He crossed his all "T"s and was available anytime of the day for questions. He was extremely detailed and walked us through the process with ease. He sold our house in less than a day! I know this is a rare case but I think through his detailed planning and pursuit he was able to have it accomplished in less than 12 hours.
