After sitting on the market for a year and a half, we decided to change agents and have Christy Holmes try and sell our home. We knew this would be a hard house to sell and were accepting of the fact that it may not sell at all. Within days of listing the house with Christy, we started to get interested buyers. Christy did a great job marketing the house with amazing pictures and video and also vetting out the buyers and making sure they truly had interest in the property prior to making the 275 mile trip out there to show it.
